Terms of Service

Prospecta is a software product of Bruno International Maintenance LLC, a company based at 18551 Woodstream Dr, Boca Raton, FL 33498, USA. In these terms, "we" means Bruno International Maintenance LLC and "you" means the customer using Prospecta.

Prospecta is software as a service: a CRM and AI assistant for real estate professionals. It is accessed online and is not installed or sold as a copy.

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your login safe and for everything done under it. Do not use Prospecta for anything illegal, to send spam, to harm others, or to try to break or copy the service.

Plans are billed in USD, monthly or annually, at checkout through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The data you put into Prospecta belongs to you. We only use it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Prospecta software, brand and content belong to Bruno International Maintenance LLC. Your subscription gives you the right to use the service, not to own or copy it.

We work to keep Prospecta available and secure, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted or error-free. Suggestions made by the AI assistant must be reviewed by you before any decision. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use Prospecta after that means you accept the new terms.
